Shipping Overview

Ollee Watch Inc. offers worldwide shipping so customers around the world can access our products. We offer a flat rate for international shipments and make reasonable efforts to help each order arrive smoothly.

Shipping Timelines and Pre-Orders

Shipping and delivery timelines are estimates unless otherwise expressly stated.

If an item is not ready to ship immediately, it will be clearly marked as a pre-order before purchase. Estimated fulfillment or shipping timelines for pre-order items will be provided at the time of sale. If a delay occurs, customers will be notified with updated timing information.

Customs, Duties, and Import Charges

United States

For orders shipped to the United States, applicable customs duties are pre-paid through our courier arrangements. No additional customs charges should normally be required upon delivery.

Canada

Orders shipped within Canada are not subject to customs duties. Applicable provincial or territorial sales taxes will be charged where required.

Rest of the World

Orders shipped outside Canada and the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, clearance fees, value-added taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless expressly stated otherwise and remain the responsibility of the customer or recipient.

Ollee Watch Inc. does not impose mandatory fees beyond the product price, shipping charges, and applicable taxes shown at checkout.

Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, together with any additional information required by the destination country, customs authority, or local carrier for customs clearance or final delivery.

This may include, without limitation:

  • personal customs codes

  • tax identification numbers

  • national ID numbers

  • short address codes

  • regional delivery codes

  • apartment, unit, or building details

  • any other country-specific shipping information required for international delivery

Customers are also responsible for monitoring tracking updates and responding promptly to any request from the carrier, customs authority, or local delivery provider for additional information, documentation, payment, or pickup.

If required shipping or customs information is missing, incomplete, or incorrect, the shipment may be delayed, held, refused, not cleared through customs, abandoned, destroyed, or marked as lost by the carrier or customs authority. Ollee Watch Inc. is not responsible for delivery issues caused by missing or incorrect customer-provided information.

Address Changes After Order Placement

We can only update a shipping address if the order has not yet shipped and is not already in transit.

Once an order is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address, reroute the package, or guarantee any carrier-side correction. At that stage, the shipment is outside of our control.

Incorrect Address, Failed Delivery, and Parcel Loss

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and correct.

If an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address is provided at checkout, or if required delivery information is not provided, the parcel may be delayed, refused, abandoned, destroyed, or marked as lost by the carrier. In many international cases, parcels are not returned to sender.

If a parcel is not returned to Ollee Watch Inc. because the customer provided an incorrect address or failed to provide required delivery information, the package will be considered lost or destroyed, and no refund, replacement, or reshipment will be issued, except where required by applicable law.

Refused Delivery, Return-to-Sender, Abandoned, or Unclaimed Shipments

If a shipment is refused by the recipient, left uncleared through customs, or remains unclaimed, including at a pickup location, the carrier may destroy the parcel or mark it as lost rather than return it to us.

In such cases, no refund, replacement, or reshipment will be issued, except where required by applicable law.

Customer Liability for Refusal

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect a shipment, the customer assumes full responsibility for any costs incurred, including return shipping fees and any loss or damage occurring during the return transit.

Non-Refundable on Refusal

Refused deliveries are not eligible for refund or replacement. Refusal of delivery does not constitute non-delivery for the purposes of our refund policy.

Customs Fees Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes applicable in their country. Refusal of delivery due to customs fees does not entitle the customer to a refund or replacement.

Lost Return Shipments

If a refused or uncollected shipment is lost or destroyed during return transit, Ollee Watch Inc. bears no liability for the loss. No refund or replacement will be issued.

Chargeback Warning

Initiating a chargeback for a refused delivery may be considered fraudulent misrepresentation, as delivery was attempted and refused by the customer.

Pickup Point Deliveries

If your tracking shows “Parcel at Pickup Point,” “Available for Pickup,” or a similar status, please search on Google for your nearest post office or designated pickup location and contact them directly.

When calling, provide your tracking number so they can confirm whether your parcel is available for collection.

Failure to collect a parcel within the carrier’s required timeframe may result in the parcel being returned, abandoned, destroyed, or marked as lost. In such cases, no refund, replacement, or reshipment will be issued, except where required by applicable law.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If the customer provided the correct shipping address and all required delivery information, and the parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, any replacement or other remedy will be handled in accordance with our Warranty and Replacement Policy.

Limitation of Responsibility

Ollee Watch Inc. is not responsible for delivery failures, customs issues, non-clearance, destruction of parcels, or parcels marked as lost where such outcome results from:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout

  • missing required shipping or customs information

  • failure to respond to carrier or customs requests

  • refusal of shipment

  • failure to collect a parcel from a pickup point within the required timeframe

Nothing in this policy excludes any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
